All campaigns will kick start very soon and the politicians are working assiduously to win the hearts of the populace in the different areas of the economic sectors. They will be making different promises and then neglecting the peasant farmers that cultivate the land. There have not been campaign promises in the interests of the farmers. There have not been verifiable pieces of information on how to meet the food needs and demands of the average Nigerian for food sufficiency.
