A woman, Fatimo Ibrahim has dragged her husband, Oyewole Ibrahim before Oja Oba/ Mapo Court C Customary Court, Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Fatimo had sought for the dissolution of their five-year-old marriage on the accounts of irresponsibility by the husband. She added that aside smoking Indian hemp, he drinks himself to stupour on regular basis.
The plaintiff further prayed for the custody of the only child in their marriage in order that she might give him adequate care and guide him from toeing his father’s footstep.
Oyewole failed to appear in court despite being served a court summon and court hearing.
