The International Labour Organisation (ILO) has said that decent work deficits are one of the main causes of migratory movements.

“Employment policies and strategic alliances to seek effective and sustainable solutions are key to address the challenge of international migration, the ILO said during the 12th Summit of the Global Forum on Migration and Development in Quito the Ecuador capital.
