The board of Nigerian Breweries Plc has proposed the payment of a final dividend of N1.51 each to shareholders of the company for the financial year ended December 31, 2019 and would be paid only to those whose names appeared on the register of members as of the close of business on March 4, 2020.
In a disclosure, the brewery company said this register of members will be closed from March 5 to 11, 2020, with both dates inclusive, while the payment would be done on April 23, 2020, electronically only to qualified shareholders, who have also completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar, First Registrars and Investor Services Limited, to pay their dividends directly…
