A group of market traders, under the aegies of Concerned Egbe Oloja of Oyo State, has urged Governor Seyi Makinde not to accent to an alleged imposition of the ‘Iyaloja’ of the state.
The group, in a statement made available to Tribune Online, called on the governor not to support the imposition of someone who does not have shops in the state as the Iyaloja.
According to the chairman and secretary of the traders’ association, Alhaji Morufu Adetilewa and Alhaja Basirat Ayeloja respectively, the rightful new Iyaloja of Oyo State is Alhaja Sarat Aduke Konibaje.
