Ex-Director of Human Resources, Federal Capital Territory, Lazarus Gwaza, has said that the Federal Capital Territory lost out in the appointment of a minister from indigene of Abuja because it has consistently voted against President Muhammadu Buhari.
He said this at the Kabusa ward, where he joined the party and promised to be a good party man that would attract political and infrastructure benefits to the ward, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) and the Federal Capital Territory at large.
