The Attorney of Iyalode Efunloye Tinubu’s Estates, Akinfolabi Akindele, has warned that he will commence contempt proceedings against Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State for alleged disobedience to court order, expressed dismay over the action of the state government, noting that executive rascality should not be allowed in a democratic society.
He emphasised that the main suit relating to the controversial land is yet to be determined by the court and it is in the interest of justice that parties should maintain status-quo antebellum as ordered by the court.
