Governor Alex Otti of Abia State, on Friday evening, commissioned three roads in Aba with an assurance of his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises in the state.
The roads are Emelogu, Shallom and Cemetry Phase 1, all in Aba which were newly reconstructed with solar street lights and concrete/stone base.
