ASABA—A group, Legacy Group, has described the allegation of blank budget and improper management of the Paris Club refund levelled against Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State by a chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Cairo Ojougboh, as unreasonable, unpatriotic and self serving.
Speaking at a press conference in Asaba, the state capital, Vice President of the group, Dr. Chris Okobah, said: “Those of us in the Legacy Group have taken time to investigate the controversy surrounding the deployment of Paris Club refund in all the states of the country and we scored the government of Delta State high.
