AHEAD of the national elective convention of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, a strong contender for the position of Deputy National Chairman,North, Hajia Maryam Inna Ciroma, has promised to work with the governors, the leadership and members of the PDP in order to take the party from its position of opposition back to the ruling one.
Speaking with Sunday Vanguard, Ciroma, a former PDP National Woman Leader and one-time Minister of Women Affairs, said the governors, party leaders, members, all and sundry will be relevant and supreme in the change agenda, just as she said that she knew where they made mistakes as party members and would join others in taking the party back to the people and take democracy seriously.
