The naira Monday appreciated by two kobo to N360.94 per dollar in the Investor and Exporter (I&E) window, while the volume of dollars traded rose slightly to $113.58 million.
Data from the Financial Market Dealers Quote (FMDQ) showed that the indicative exchange rate for the I & E window, known as Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange, NAFEX, dropped to N360.94 per dollar, Monday, from N360.96 per dollar last week Friday.
On the other hand, the volume of dollars traded rose by 3.5 percent to $113.58 million from $109.67
million last week Friday.
The naira however remained stable at N365 per dollar in the parallel market.
