Notable football actors led by the legendary 1978 Bendel Insurance Challenge Cup winning Coach, Alabi Aisien and Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, will highlight the relaunch of a rebranded, Bendel Insurance FC of Benin City today in Benin City.
Also expected is the NFF President, Amaju Melvin Pinnick. Former Super Eagles Player, former NFF Scribe and the only man who has criss-crossed all national teams, Fanny Amu coach of the Golden Eaglets to Japan U 17 World Cup triumph, Hon Ayo Omidiran, Shehu Dikko, LMC Chairman, Osaze Odemwingie, Yakubu Ayegbeni, Julius Aghahowa and First Nigerian Coach to win a World Cup at any level in China 1985, Coach Sebastian Brodericks-Imasuen, members of the National Assembly from Edo State and their counterparts in the State House of Assembly are also expected at the occasion.
