Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for outrightly rejecting the conduct of the presidential elections which is now being described as one of the worst election in the history of mankind in the 21st century.
