The Governor of Oyo State, Senator Ishaq Abiola Ajimobi, on Sunday directed the nine members of the House Representatives elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Oyo State to toe party line by ensuring Femi Gbajabiamila emerges the speaker of the nineth House.
This was contained in a statement issued and signed by Rep Akeem Adeyemi in behalf of Oyo Reps Caucus.
Governor Ajimobi gave this admonition at a meeting held on Sunday with the Honourables-elect in his private residence in Oluyole Estate, Ibadan.
Responding, on behalf of the legislators, Rep Akeem Adeyemi, who also doubles as the APC Southwest Coordinator of Gbajabiamila Speakership Campaign Council , appreciated the Governor for providing a sound leadership and positive direction for the party, and promised the Governor their full cooperation, after each member had spoken in acceptance of the Governor’s endorsement of the House Leader, Femi Gbajabiamila….
