Chike Ekweogwu’s goals for Onitsha Communities

In a couple of days from now the position of Presidents-General of virtually all 179 communities that make up Anambra State will fall due for election.

The positions are filled via election of candidates from various the communities who wish to occupy such exalted positions.

Their activities are regulated by Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Anambra State Association of Town Unions (ASATU), working in close concert with various traditional institutions in concerned communities.

A distinguished Onitsha indigene, Sir ABC Ekweogwu (KSJI), FICPM, Business, Financial Services and Management professional, who has expressed a desire to run for the top position, has set some goals to achieve if elected on April 20.

The election in Onitsha is set to hold on April 20 by delegates from the various state branches of OIUs
