…receives N2b donation from BUA

In the face of the increasing cases of coronavirus, Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State says it may subsequently carry out house to house sample collections to stem the spread of the deadly disease.
Ganduje stated this on Monday evening while receiving a donation of N2 billion, 5 ambulances and 20 Hilux vehicles from the BUA foundation to the Kano state government.
The Governor assured that it would judiciously utilise the vehicles to curtail the menace of COVID-19 in the state, saying the vehicles would be used to convey staff as well as victims of COVID-19 to their respective places.
