Do you see any conflict of interest between the EndSARS panel by the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC and the various state panels investigating the same subject matter?
I am aware that the federal government through the National Economic Council agreed with various state governments to set up panels of inquiry to investigate cases of human rights abuses by the disbanded SARS operatives.
