Delta Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on Thursday, signed the Delta State Livestock, Breeding, Rearing and Marketing Regulation Bill, 2021, otherwise known as Anti-Open Grazing Bill, with a call on the Federal Government to assist interested farmers to establish ranches across the country.
Okowa made this known after assenting to two Bills passed by Delta State House of Assembly, at Government House, Asaba.
