Chairman of South West Governor’s Forum and an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University,lle- lfe, Osun state, Rotimi Akeredolu has condemned the invasion of the campus by some Ife indigenes and traditionalists protesting the failure by the authorities to appoint an Ife indigene as it’s Vice-Chancellor.

Akeredolu in a statement he personally signed in Akure described the attitude as alien to the academia, shameful, reckless, misguided step.

He declared that “This act should elicit the most strident condemnation from all good people. I condemn it without equivocation.
