The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), on Thursday, declared its readiness for reconciliation with former members who have expressed a desire to rejoin the party.

NNPP also debunked the claims made by some expelled individuals who announced the suspension of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State for attending the NNPP national convention.

The Acting National Chairman of the NNPP, Dr. Ahmed Ajuji, disclosed this in Abuja, during a press briefing, described individuals fighting the party as “expelled political comedians, hirelings, and clowns” who were seeking relevance.

Ajuji noted that Governor Yusuf is a bona fide member of the party and stated that he has not been suspended.
