• Inducts 234 new members
Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria has inducted 234 new members into the institute.

At the induction ceremony held recently, the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the institute, Prof. Mohammed Aliyu, appealed to the government to give proper recognition and integration of professionals into public offices.

He urged the new inductees and the institute at large to shape the future of procurement and the supply chain management.

While delivering his keynote address, focusing on the significance of procurement and supply chain management in various sectors of Nigerian society, Aliyu emphasised the importance of effective implementation of government economic policies and procedures, commending the pivotal role procurement and supply chain management professionals play in shaping successful strategies across all levels of governance.
