Tribute has continued to pour in for veteran actor and musician, Zulu Adigwe. The veteran actor reportedly passed on April 23. His demise was announced via an Instagram post by a notable movie producer, Stanley Nwoko. Although Nwoko did not give details of the cause of his death, close family sources say the actor has been battling an undisclosed illness.

The news of his death shook the motion picture space. The Enugu State-born actor and dramatist rose to limelight playing the role of ‘Mr. B’ in the long-rested sitcom by Ken Saro Wiwa, titled, ‘Basi and Company’. Tribute has come from colleagues, mentees and fans. In a tribute which he shared on his social media handles, notable film practitioner and sound track specialist, Mike Nliam, described the veteran actor as a rare gem. He wrote, “an icon passed on today.
