A Creative arts summit organised by Afroworld Music Live, which will hold in Dubai, is aimed at addressing issues in the industry across Nigeria and Africa.
Chief Executive Officer, Afroworld Music Live, Gbenga Famubode, while speaking at a news conference in Lagos, said the Inaugural Africa-Middle East Creative Arts Economic Summit (AMCAE Summit) would hold from June 24 to 25 in Atlantis Palm, Dubai.
He added that the event, which would bring together major stakeholders, “aims at ensuring partnerships for businesses to contribute to growth and development of the creative arts industry.” He listed the stakeholders to include: financial institutions, federal ministers and ministries of arts, culture, tourism, trade and creatives across Africa and the Middle East, film studios, record labels, royals, among others.He said the summit would proffer solutions to problems that have continued to plague the creative arts industry in…
