The Presidency on Wednesday debunked social media accounts being operated in the name of President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, said in a statement that Yusuf is not on any social media platform.

Adesina said the social media handles and pages, including a recent Instagram account which had attracted thousands of followers, were being used to express opinions in Yusuf’s name without his knowledge.
He, therefore, advised the public to disregard such handles and pages and warned those operating the various accounts in the name of Yusuf and other members of the President’s family to stop the impersonation.
