Ex-public servant, traditional chieftain and author of Sedated from Within, James I. Odife highlights restructuring and fiscal federalism as alternative means to engendering nationalism among Nigerians.
In the 260 pages, and 17 chaptered book, the author explored the history of Nigerian politics, the roots of nationalistic divide and distrust, issues in the polity, and proffered alternative means to achieving a non-divisible patriotic Nigeria.
While the book didn’t offer any new information to the history and problems bedeviling the nation’s unity, it presented different and sensible perspectives of history.
