Prof Julius Okojie: wants to create portal to reduce PhD unemployment
The National Universities Commission (NUC) will establish a portal for Ph.D holders in order to facilitate their engagement in the Nigerian university system, the Executive Secretary, Prof Julius Okojie, has said.
Okojie said an an interactive dinner with newsmen on Thursday in Abuja that it was worrisome that Ph.D holders were unemployed when their services were needed in the universities.
