Prof. Attahiru Jega, the Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has stated that well conducted election will result in the election of good people.
Jega said this on Monday in Abuja at a Post- 2015 General Election Retreat for Electoral Officers with the theme “2015 General Elections: Lessons and Way Forward.”
He also charged the commission’s Electoral Officers (EOs) to sustain efforts towards addressing the challenges associated with the country’s electoral process, adding that, there was no doubt that for Nigeria to continue to develop, it needs credible elections.
