Monday, whose residential address was not given, is facing a charge of stealing.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Ishola Samuel said that the accused, on June 18, stole a travelling bag valued at N65,000 at a shop in Ogba, Lagos.
“The accused went to the shop of the complainant to purchase a bag but could not get the type he wanted.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty.
