On Thursday, March 17, 2016 a group of actors in the Northern section of Nollywood, otherwise referred to as ‘Kannywood’, held a #PardonIbinaboFiberesima walk in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

The purpose of the walk was to raise awareness and beg for mercy on behalf of the embattled actress and AGN president, Ibinabo Fiberesima who has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for driving the car that killed a medical doctor, Suraj Giwa in an accident that occurred in February 2006.
