Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja will tomorrow February 25, 2020, deliver judgment in the N400 million fraud case preferred against a former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh by the Federal Government.
The Judge had, on November 26, 2019, fixed the judgment date after counsel to both parties had adopted their final written addresses for and against the charge slammed against the former PDP spokesman.
