Local security personnel, otherwise known as vigilante, in Ishiborr Igoli Ogoja Community, in Cross River State, on Wednesday arrested two suspected electric transformer cable vandals in the community and handed them over to the police in the area.
Speaking to journalists, one of the vigilantes, who did not want his name in print, narrated how the suspects were nabbed, lamenting the rising wave of crime in the locality.
