Governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, in this Channels TV video, during the flag-off of APC campaign in Anambra state, said that he was selected to speak on behalf of Governors at the event because four years ago when he had visited the state to help Senator Chris Ngige to be governor, he was arrested and detained for two days.
However, just as he was making his speech, Dr. Ngige rushed in to measure who is, perhaps, taller between them.
