ABUJA—AHEAD of his arraignment, today, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, yesterday, moved former Ekiti Governor, Ayodele Fayose, to Lagos.

He is to be arraigned at the Federal High Court Lagos on an 11-couunt charge bordering on money laundering, abuse of public office, criminal breach of trust and stealing preferred against him by the anti-graft agency.

The prosecution of Fayose comes six days after he arrived at the EFCC office in Abuja and was detained.

Spokesman for EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed to Vanguard, last night that Fayose had been flown to Lagos in preparation for his arraignment.
