Nigeria’s Senate President, Bukola Saraki, last night spoke to Chinenye, the sister of the Youth Corps member, Linda Angela Igwetu, allegedly killed by a policeman in Abuja in the early hours of July 4th.
In a video shared online buy Mr Saraki, he is seen talking to someone believed to be Chinenye where he commiserated with her over the loss of the 23-year-old and vowed he will ensure that the family gets justice.
The Senate had earlier met earlier yesterday where the matter was brought up and 3 committees were set up to look into the case and report back to the house in two weeks.
