Lagos to open ‘Ounje Eko,’ Friday

In line with the Easter celebration, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has mandated the ‘Ounje Eko’ Sunday Market to shift to Friday, March 29th, 2024.

This initiative aims to offer discounted food sales, with vendors at 57 designated centers across the state’s five divisions, excluding the State Secretariat market, offering essential items at a 25% reduction from regular market prices.

 

The assortment includes staple foods like rice, beans, pepper, bread, eggs, and garri.
