Lagos State governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his wife, Dr Ibijoke, on Friday, visited the Lagos Island Maternity Hospital, Broad Street and some other hospitals in different parts of the state, to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir with in-patients and health practitioners, chat and cheer them up, encourage them, and in particular, pray for the recovery of the patients.
This was just as the governor disclosed that the state government, on the same day, rescued a man who was planning to jump into the lagoon all because he had a debt of N500,000, disclosing that the government had since cleared the debt for him.
