The Niger Delta Youth Council Worldwide NDYC has urged all stakeholders in the Niger Delta region to unite behind Dr Dennis Otuaro as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
The Niger Delta Youth who reaffirms its unwavering support for Otuaro made this known in a statement jointly signed, by Engr Jator Abido, National Coordinator; Comr Kede Michael, Nat Sec; Comr Akowien Joshua, DPC and Engr Beke Apere, BOT on Saturday.
