ABUJA-THE Inspection General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, Friday, tasked police personnel in the country to realise that they have mandatory responsibility to protect all Nigerian citizens and every other person genuinely residing in the country.
He also charged them not only to be disciplined but also dedicated in their lines of duties at all times.
Idris, speaking Friday,in Abuja,at the graduation of Tactical Commanders’ Course, organised by the United States Embassy, specifically told Police tactical commanders that they must see their profession as one that gives them mandatory responsibility to protect every citizen.
