A member of Kogi East Elders Council (KEEC),Aurelius Yusuf Adejo has described the senatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress(APC) in the zone, Alh. Jibril Isah Echocho, as the most outstanding politician in the area.
He, therefore, asked the people of the zone to elect Echocho as their senator during next year’s general elections.
The Elders’ Council had earlier endorsed the senatorial candidate of the Advance Democratic Congress (ADC), MR. Victor Alewo Adoji as its candidate for 2019 senatorial election.
However, Chief Adejo, a stalwart of APC insisted that he is a party man and will never go against his party candidates at all level.
“I am a politician who belongs to a political party, and my loyalty to that party is non negotiable. I am a member of the Elders Council, but that does not deny the right to support my party, the APC.”
